Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute control over your mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a brand new mail account in no time and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, configure mail filters, create autoresponders and protect your email boxes against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mail box accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming e-mails according to certain criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just select the e-mail account you wish to redirect emails from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the email client of your preference to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
